A Columbus native and Ohio State graduate, Tammy brings a background in business, client experience, life science research, and small business ownership. Often the first person you’ll connect with, Tammy guides clients through big decisions with clarity and care. Her years of real estate investment experience have given her a sharp eye for interiors and exteriors, along with an understanding of how a space should look, feel, and work for everyday life. She’s here to help you explore ideas, understand next steps, and feel confident moving forward.
James Cooley
Co-founder & Head of Construction
A licensed residential contractor, James brings years of hands-on experience in structural work, framing, systems installation, and finish carpentry. He holds a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license through the City of Columbus, a credential that reflects his field experience, knowledge of residential building codes, and approval by committee. On every project, James leads with a strong respect for quality, safety, and doing things the right way. He’s the person making sure the work is solid, code-compliant, and built to last, while keeping the construction process clear, organized, and manageable from start to finish.
