Discovery
We'll start with a quick 30-minute virtual call so we can get to know you, hear about your vision, and talk through the basics. If it feels like a fit, we'll come see the space in person (about 60 to 90 minutes) to walk through your home, ask questions, and start shaping what your project could look like.

Proposal
Behind the scenes, we do some early design thinking and bring in our trade partners to walk the space so we can put together a clear, honest proposal for you. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Then we sit down together to go through everything: scope, timeline, investment, and any questions on your mind as you decide what feels right.

Pre-Construction
This is where you’ll see things really come together. Your designer leads the way through final plans and selections, we handle the permits, and we wrap up with a kickoff call and walkthrough, so you know exactly what to expect before we break ground.

Construction & Finishings
The fun part. We get to work transforming your space, staying in close collaboration with you and your designer along the way. You'll get weekly updates so you always know what was finished and what's coming next. Once the final details are in place and we've done a last walkthrough together, your new space is officially yours to enjoy.
